Alan has helped me significantly with my mobility as I was struggling to walk and was unsteady on my feet. He reviewed my posture and provided me with a tailored programme that focussed on exercises for daily living that would strengthen my legs, arms and back. I have exercised 3 times a week for the last 3 months, with Alan’s support and help. He demonstrated each exercise to me so that I was doing it correctly.
