Hi, I am Alan Townsend, a personal trainer who takes a tri-holistic approach to health and fitness, focusing on:

3. Nutrition
All three components are essential for improving your overall health and longevity.
My aim and passion is to help, support, and motivate people to achieve their personal goals and get better every day by focusing on the three components outlined.

I have had previous careers in the military and 30 years of service in the police. So, I appreciate and understand how difficult and challenging embarking on a new health and fitness regime and habits can be for people with a busy lifestyle.
